Common questions

How do I report a bug or crash?

Email hello@builtbyarchon.com with your device model, OS version, the app and version number, and the steps that led to the issue. Screenshots or a screen recording help a lot.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple. You can request a refund directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something's wrong on our end, let us know and we'll help.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email us with the subject "Delete my data" from the address associated with your account and we'll remove your personal information, as described in our privacy policy.

Can I suggest a feature?

Please do. We build a small number of apps and read every suggestion — even when we can't get to all of them.

Do you take on consulting or client work?

Sometimes. Tell us about the project on the contact section of the homepage and we'll let you know if it's a fit.
